About me
I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing both in person in Brooklyn, NY and virtually. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My practice is guided by the belief that healing happens through connection— within ourselves, between one another, and in community. I don’t approach therapy as an expert with all the answers, but as a companion in curiosity, someone willing to slow down and listen for what’s beneath the surface.
I hold deep respect for the ways culture, identity, and power shape our inner worlds. I’m committed to creating a space that is LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. I love working with queer and gender-expansive clients, and I also feel especially called to support people navigating body-image concerns and disordered eating patterns.
